4. How's the AeroBox™ different from other truck boxes?
The AeroBox™ is mounted in the rear of the truck bed where it is easily accessible, rather than in the front of the truck box behind the cab. There are many other benefits outlined on each product's Web page.

8. Why would I want a plastic bumper as opposed to a steel one?
Besides saving fuel because plastic is lighter weight, plastic does not rust and looks good for many years. Plus, it is compatable with OEM impact requirements just like steel is.
9. Do I have to drill holes into my vehicle?
You can drill holes and use the sheet metal screws to attach the AeroBox™, or you can attach the mounting brackets with an automotive-grade double-sided tape.

The ease of installation depends on the skill level of the installer. Common hand tools, a power drill, etc. are required to install these products. A mechanically-inclined person should be able to install the product when following the installation instructions. We recommend that an experienced mechanic installs these products. Truck customizing shops, hitch shops, etc. are typical installers.

13. I drilled a hole into my truck then realized the AeroBox™ didn’t fit. What do I do?
Use a metallic body repair compound to close the holes. These materials are available in automotive parts stores. Be sure to verify the fit before drilling new holes.
