MOLD & FIXTURE CREATION PROCESS
Molds are created based off scans or CAD data. Edits are made to the design to improve aesthetics, functionality, and ease of installation for the end user.
Once the design is finalized, blocks of tooling board are sculpted by a 5-axis CNC machine to form our Vacuum form mold and our CNC fixture.
Final molds and fixtures are sanded by hand to ensure exceptional surface quality and then mounted to prepare for manufacturing.

THERMO-FORMINGOur equipment can accommodate large molds, combining thermo-forming and pressure-forming for excellent definition. Our methods are tuned to combat many common thermo-forming issues such as chill marks, webbing and other visual defects.
