Warranty and Return Policy
Ecoological strives to supply products that you'll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return a product within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new condition, including red backing not removed and include original packaging (specifically parts in plastic bags and packaging material included), all parts and paperwork. Ecoological does not accept returns of used products or products returned more than 30 days after delivery. All returns require authorization and a valid return authorization (RA) number.
Return Instructions for New Products
If you have decided to return a product, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns require an RA number. A RA number can be obtained by contacting the Ecoological customer service department at 844-918-3688 Ext. 0 . Please be prepared to give your order number, product description, and the reason for the return. You will be given an RA number and instructions to return the product. When the product arrives at Ecoological, it will be inspected. Upon verifying the product has not been used and is still in new condition, your account will be credited. The credit will equal the cost of the product minus a 15% restocking fee. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refundable. Remember, only new and unused products can be returned. A return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Credit will not be given for returns without a valid RA number, original packaging, missing parts or paperwork. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return credit after it has arrived at our facility.

If you received the wrong product or a defective product, please contact the Ecoological customer service department Ext. 0 within 30 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to give your order number and the reason for the return. You will be given a RA number and instructions to return the product. When the product arrives at Ecoological, it will be inspected. Upon verifying the product was shipped incorrectly or has a manufacturer’s defect, you will be contacted and will have the option of receiving a replacement product or a refund. Replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost. If you choose a refund, your account will be credited the full cost of the product including outbound and return shipping. Please remember, a return must be initiated with 30 days of receiving your order. A valid RA number, original packaging, all parts and paperwork must accompany your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return credit after it has arrived at Ecoological.

Ecoological products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects and to perform as advertised when properly installed and used as intended. If a defect is found, the product may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reference Ecoological’s return policy. Ecoological is not responsible for product defects which are caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or other uses not described in the product literature. Ecoological is not liable or responsible for the customer’s costs associated with improper use, neglect, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or other uses not described in the product literature. Furthermore, Ecoological is not responsible or liable for personal property which is stored in, or which interacts with Ecoological products.

No Liability for Third-Party Damages In no event shall Ecoological be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. Ecoological warrants that our lighting products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
What is Covered?
Because our products vary in design, warranty claims are handled in one of two ways depending on the item purchased:
Type A: Replaceable Components (Roof Visor) For products where the light modules are designed to be removable, Ecoological will ship a replacement light pod to the customer.

What is Covered?
- LED failure (diodes burning out).
- Wiring failure internal to the light unit.
- Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., cutting connectors, reversing polarity).
- Damage from physical impact (crashes, tree branches, rock chips).
- Labor costs associated with removing or replacing the product.
Because our products vary in design, warranty claims are handled in one of two ways depending on the item purchased:
Type A: Replaceable Components (Roof Visor) For products where the light modules are designed to be removable, Ecoological will ship a replacement light pod to the customer.
- Action Required: The customer unbolts the defective light and installs the new one. The main housing (Visor) stays on the truck.
- Action Required: Due to the bonded nature of these products, a full replacement of the spoiler or applique is required. Ecoological will provide the replacement unit; however, we do not cover the cost of body shop labor, removal, or re-installation.
